Our fees are comparative and allow us to provide excellent resources and services to the individuals and families we support.

Therapy and Coaching Fees

Individual sessions - £90
Block of 6 sessions - £520

The purpose of this is to discuss your specific needs and the services available to you. The fee is deducted from your first appointment if you chose to book a service with us following your consultation.

Who attends: Young person attends all sessions; parents join sessions 1, 4, and 8

Ideal for adults looking to explore their autistic identity or better understand their own support needs.
Includes:
- 75-min 1:1 consultation
- Exploration of sensory preferences, burnout, masking, communication needs
- Personal strengths profile
- 3-page support summary & strategy guide
- Optional letter to employer/educator
Adult Workplace or Life Strategy Plan – £445
For adults needing support at work, in study, or daily life. Often used post-diagnosis or for reasonable adjustments.
Includes:
- 90-minute consultation (can include advocate or family member)
- Sensory & communication profile
- Executive function and stress triggers explored
- Detailed report with workplace recommendations
- Liaison with employer or tutor (optional)
- 30-minute follow-up consultation
Adult Self-Discovery & Affirmation Package – £545
A neuro-affirming deep-dive to understand identity, challenges, and strengths.
Includes:
- Two 60-minute consultations (flexible timing)
- Full profile (sensory, emotional, executive function, communication)

Perfect for parents or carers looking to understand and support their child’s communication, sensory, and emotional needs.

- 60-min parent consultation (remote or in-person)

- 2-page summary with practical recommendations
- Email support for 2 weeks after
Enhanced Child Profile – £395
A fuller picture for those wanting a deeper understanding and a written report to support home or education planning.
Includes:
- 90-min consultation
- Input from school or other professionals
- Detailed profile (communication, sensory, emotional regulation, interests)
- 4–5 page written report
- Personalised support strategies for school and home
- Optional pupil voice input (if age/communication allows)
- 30-minute follow-up call
Premium Child Support Plan – £495
Designed for children with more complex needs or families needing support across settings.
Includes everything from the Enhanced Profile, plus:
- One-page visual support profile for school or home
- Liaison with school/SENCO/other services
- 2x follow-up calls
- Adapted resources (social story, visual schedule, etc.)
To be used to identify whether a full diagnostic assessment is required.
Includes Summary Report and Recommendations.
To include evaluation of pre-screening questionnaires for either:
£149 for evaluation of either Autism OR ADHD.
£229 for evaluation of both Autism AND ADHD.
The cost of the screening assessment will be credited toward the full assessment fee.

This includes taking a detailed history of your child’s speech difficulties and discussing any concerns you/education staff have, informal or formal assessment as appropriate for your child. A short summary report with written recommendations and advice is also included in this price.

EHCP Support

Additional hourly support: £90
- May include:
- Initial Consultation (this is deductible from package cost)
- Evidence analysis (EP, OT, SALT reports)
- Annual Review
- Letter/Email writing (to LA, SENCO, Headteacher)
BRONZE PACKAGE – £400 –
Total time included: 4.5 hour
Includes:

✔ Review of evidence
✔ Drafting the EHC Needs Assessment request
✔ Advice and guidance on next steps
SILVER PACKAGE – £850
Total time included: 9.5 hours
Includes everything in the Bronze package, in addition to:
✔ Writing the Parental Contribution
✔ Reviewing assessment reports
✔ Guidance on evidence still needed
✔ Support communicating with the LA
GOLD PACKAGE – £1,500
Total time included: 17 hours
Includes everything in the Silver package, in addition to:
✔ Full Draft EHCP review (Sections A–K)
✔ All written amendments
✔ Strengthening Section F (SMART, quantified, enforceable)
✔ Final EHCP review before sign-off
✔ Advice on placement
✔ Guidance on next steps if the LA refuses provision – Mediation/Tribunal
PLATINUM PACKAGE – £1,900 – Saving of 15%
Total time included: 25 hours
Includes everything in the Gold package, in addition to:
✔ Support with parental preference
✔ Identifying suitable schools and advising on placements
✔ Full support with school consultations including - Reviewing consultation responses from schools
✔ Preparing mediation or appeal applications
✔ Drafting written arguments for mediation/appeal

*When applicable, we can provide means-tested discounts. If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please inform us, and we'll assess whether we can assist in covering part of the service expenses.

Our Payment Options

We accept payments via BACS Transfer, debit and credit card payments.

With assessments, we offer payments in 2 instalments. One at the time of booking and one at assessment completion.

Private Health Care Insurance

If your assessment or therapy expenses are set to be covered by your private medical insurance, kindly provide us with your insurer details for seamless payment coordination between you and your insurance provider. Our affiliation encompasses registration with Aviva, AXA, BUPA and Vitality Health, facilitating a streamlined process for your convenience.
