Our fees are comparative and allow us to provide excellent resources and services to the individuals and families we support.
Therapy, Psychoeducation & Coaching Fees

30 minute consultation
The purpose of this is to discuss your specific needs and the services available to you. The fee is deducted from your first appointment if you chose to book a service with us following your consultation.

Initial Consultation: £90
Prior to advocacy sessions commencing, an initial consultation is required.
At your initial consultation, we will:
✔ Discuss your situation in detail
✔ Estimate how many hours may be required
✔ Agree next steps before work begins
✔ Keep you informed if additional time becomes necessary
You remain in control of how much support you choose to receive, and there are no hidden costs.

For babies, toddlers and young children
Sleep Coaching Package - £350
Additional 2 week Support - £150

Individual sessions - £120 (50 minutes)
Block of 6 sessions - £600 (£100 per session) 50 minutes each session
This includes the whole time spent at the coaching session. The fee also includes resources, preparation for the session and time spent writing up notes following the session.

Assessment Fees

To be used to identify whether a full diagnostic assessment is required.
To include evaluation of pre-screening questionnaires for either:
£149 for evaluation of either Autism OR ADHD.
£229 for evaluation of both Autism AND ADHD.
The cost of the screening assessment will be credited toward the full assessment fee.

The fees outlined are an accurate guide, but can vary depending on the service required. Please contact us for an individualised quotation.
*When applicable, we can provide means-tested discounts. If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please inform us, and we'll assess whether we can assist in covering part of the service expenses.

We accept payments via BACS Transfer.

We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe for your convenience.
Please note that card payments are subject to a 2.99% processing fee, which will be added to the invoice total to cover transaction costs.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.

For assessment services, we offer the option to pay in two instalments. The total fee can be split into two payments of 50%:
50% is payable at the time of booking to secure your assessment appointment.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the assessment, prior to the release of the final report.
There is no additional fee if paying via BACS.
Please note that any applicable card or Buy Now, Pay Later processing fees will be added if these payment methods are used.

If your assessment or therapy expenses are set to be covered by your private medical insurance, kindly provide us with your insurer details for seamless payment coordination between you and your insurance provider. Our affiliation encompasses registration with Aviva, AXA, BUPA and Vitality Health, facilitating a streamlined process for your convenience.

We are pleased to offer flexible payment options to make accessing our services easier. Clients can choose to pay via Klarna or PayPal “Buy Now, Pay Later”, subject to approval by the payment provider.
Please note that payments made using Klarna or PayPal Pay Later will incur an additional 4.99% processing fee, which will be added to the invoice total to cover transaction costs.
Availability of these payment options is subject to eligibility and approval by Klarna or PayPal, and we are unable to influence or guarantee approval decisions.

At Lycali, we see first-hand how many families receive a diagnosis but little support afterwards.
Our aim is to provide accessible, high-quality neurodevelopmental support that helps individuals and families move forward with confidence.
The Lycali Support Fund helps to reduce barriers and support our community with expert advice and input.

Support sessions are available:
Online – accessible nationwide across the UK (subject to suitability criteria)
In person – with offices in Broadstairs and Whitstable.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate format for your sessions.

The Lycali Support Fund is open to all eligible applicants and is not means-tested.
We recognise that the need for support is not always defined by financial circumstances alone. Our focus is on ensuring that individuals and families can access the right support at the right time.
You may apply if:
You or your child has received a diagnosis or identification
You would benefit from structured post-diagnostic support
Accessing private support is currently difficult
You are able to attend 6 sessions

Applications run from the 1st to the last day of each month.
Successful applicants are contacted by the 7th of the following month.Sessions can begin the month after. (Session start dates may vary slightly depending on availability and individual circumstances).
If you are successful:
We will contact you directly using the details provided
We will arrange your sessions and discuss the most appropriate support
You are not eligible to apply for funded support again for the same individual.
If you are not selected:
Due to the number of applications, we may not be able to respond individually
You are welcome to apply again in future months
