What is Psychoeducation?

Psychoeducation is about learning together how emotions, thoughts, and behaviours connect. It’s not just about receiving information, it’s about building understanding, confidence, and practical skills that support everyday life after diagnosis.

Our post-diagnostic psychoeducation sessions support adults, young people, and families to:

Understand what autism and ADHD mean in their own lives

Recognise patterns that affect emotional wellbeing, stress, or anxiety

Explore practical, personalised strategies to manage challenges and build resilience

Strengthen communication, self-advocacy, and support systems at home, in education, or at work

Sessions are collaborative, neuro-affirming, and tailored to individual needs, helping people make sense of their diagnosis and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Our Services

Designed for children aged 8+, young people, and adults

Online or face-to-face

Individual Psychoeducation

Duration: 50-minute session
Cost: £100 per session

Tailored one-to-one sessions that focus on your family’s unique needs.

6-Session Psychoeducation Programme

Duration: 6 x 50-min sessions
Cost: £540 (£90 per session)

Programme focus:

Develop a deeper understanding of ADHD and/or autism
Understand factors that contribute to stress, emotional regulation, and anxiety
Build practical, sustainable strategies to support day-to-day functioning and wellbeing

Our Payment Options

We accept payments via BACS Transfer, debit and credit card payments.

With assessments, we offer payments in 2 instalments for assessments. One at the time of booking and one at assessment completion.

Private Health Care Insurance

If your assessment or therapy expenses are set to be covered by your private medical insurance, kindly provide us with your insurer details for seamless payment coordination between you and your insurance provider. Our affiliation encompasses registration with Aviva, AXA, BUPA and Vitality Health, facilitating a streamlined process for your convenience.
