Lycali is led and delivered through a multidisciplinary team bringing together allied health professionals, psychology and psychiatry.

Discovery Needs-Led Check-Ins
These short questionnaires explore how everyday life is affecting you or your child. They identify areas that may benefit from greater understanding, adjustments or support without suggesting or ruling out a diagnosis.
Diagnostic screening questionnaires
Screening questionnaires do not provide a diagnosis. They can help you decide whether further assessment may be worth considering. View all screening questionnaires.
You do not need a diagnosis to access support
Diagnosis can be helpful for understanding, treatment or formal adjustments, but support should be based on the needs affecting everyday life. Lycali can help before assessment, while you are waiting, or where no diagnostic assessment is being pursued.

Needs Profile & Consultation — £199
Choose a fuller professional analysis and consultation to explore strengths, barriers, priorities and suitable next steps.
Needs-Led Support
Access practical strategies, adjustments, therapy or the six-session Discovery Programme, matched to the person’s needs.
Assessment Where Helpful
If appropriate, we can discuss diagnostic or specialist assessment. A diagnosis is not required to use the earlier stages.
ADHD assessment + complimentary post-diagnostic session
New self-funded adult and child ADHD assessment bookings secured by 30 September 2026 include a complimentary 50-minute post-diagnostic psychoeducation session.

The psychoeducation sessions at Lycali were incredibly helpful for our family. After our child’s autism diagnosis, we felt overwhelmed and unsure what it all meant for daily life.
