  • A safe, confidential space to explore emotions, challenges and life experiences. Counselling helps individuals gain clarity, process difficulties and develop healthier strategies for coping.

Our counsellors work in a warm, client-centred way and tailor sessions to each individual’s pace and needs.

  • CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is a structured and effective therapy for:

    • Anxiety

    • Low mood

    • Stress

    • Difficulties linked to neurodivergence

    • Emotional overwhelm

    • Behavioural concerns

CBT sessions may involve practical tools, worksheets, coping strategies and psychoeducation to build resilience and create meaningful change.

    For Children:

Online, we offer short- or long-term online support for children (12+), teenagers and families around:

    • Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, and related needs)

    • Understanding and adjusting to a recent diagnosis

    • Anxiety and emotional regulation

    • Building independence and self-esteem

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and are available in durations of 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Our approach is flexible and responsive. Sessions can be creative, informal, structured, psychoeducational or skills-based, depending on what the young person needs in that moment.

  • DBT is particularly helpful for young people who experience intense emotions. DBT skills help with:

    • Managing anxiety

    • Emotional regulation

    • Reducing impulsive or reactive behaviours

    • Improving communication

    • Distress tolerance

Sessions can incorporate mindfulness, grounding techniques, and practical tools that support day-to-day wellbeing.

EMDR can be offered online or face-to-face, depending on clinical suitability.

  • Play therapy uses play, creativity and symbolic expression to help children explore their feelings and experiences in a safe and developmentally appropriate way.

It is beneficial for children experiencing:

    • Behavioural challenges

    • Emotional difficulties

    • Trauma

    • Social or school-related stress

Play therapy is offered face-to-face, creating a warm, engaging environment where children can express themselves freely.
