Meet the Team

We’re proud to share that Linked Communication is now called Lycali.

This change is more than a new name. It reflects our growth, our values, and our deep commitment to inclusive, person-centred care. Over time, our work has evolved beyond communication to encompass a broad range of therapies and specialist assessments for individuals of all ages.

The name Lycali is deeply personal. It was inspired by our founder, Stephanie Connolly, and her three children, Lyla, Cameron, and Liam who are all neurodivergent and remind us daily that no two people are the same. Each person has their own way of thinking, learning, and being, and their names now form the foundation of ours.

Through Lycali, we aim to support individuals whose experiences don’t always fit the mould, and to celebrate the diversity that makes each person unique.

We remain the same passionate team, now with a name that truly reflects who we are and why we do what we do.

Our Expertise

We are a team of specialist clinicians who can offer a range of assessments and therapeutic or coaching support to adults and children with speech, language and communication needs, swallowing needs, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and/or social, emotional, sleep and mental health needs.

We provide diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to children and families across the UK. Our main hub is based at the Kent Innovation Centre in Broadstairs, although our team supports clients nationwide through direct services, training, and clinical partnerships.

We work closely with local authorities, NHS trusts, schools, and families to provide gold-standard assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
