Interview Process

We explore your clinical experience, approach, remote working, service delivery and caseload management.

Compliance Checks

Successful applicants provide qualifications, registration, insurance, references and safeguarding evidence.

Induction

Associates receive induction support and access to Lycali systems, resources and processes.

Systems Access

We support associates to access the tools, templates and guidance needed to deliver work safely.

Quality Assurance

Associates are supported through clinical governance, supervision, CPD expectations and quality assurance.

Quality Comes Before Speed

Our onboarding process can take several weeks because safe recruitment matters. No associate is allocated Lycali work until onboarding and compliance requirements have been completed.
