Neurodivergent Coaching
£120Individualised coaching, resources and practical strategies focused on your goals and everyday needs.
Psychoeducation
£120Neuro-affirming post-diagnostic support for children and adults following an autism, ADHD or dyslexia diagnosis.
Psychological Therapies
£120Psychosocial Intervention, Counselling, CBT, DBT and EMDR, available online or face-to-face subject to clinical suitability.
Speech and Language Therapy
£120–£180Includes a one-page summary of findings and recommended next steps.
Sleep Coaching
£350Personalised autism and anxiety-informed sleep support for babies, toddlers and young children.

Autism and ADHD assessments +
£50 of the pre-screening fee is credited towards a full assessment. QbCheck and school-observation add-ons are £300 each where appropriate.
Dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments +
Assessments are available for children, students and adults from eight years of age. £50 of the pre-screening fee is credited towards a full assessment.
Speech, language and communication assessments +
The detailed report may be suitable for use as supporting evidence during the EHCP process.
Needs assessments +
Irlen Syndrome assessment +
Available from six years of age through to adulthood. The assessment includes a screening form, written report, recommendations and one overlay.
Flexible payment options

BACS transfer
Pay securely by bank transfer. No additional Lycali fee is charged for BACS payments.
Debit or credit card
Secure debit and credit card payments are processed through Stripe.
Assessment instalments
Pay 50% when booking, followed by the remaining 50% when the assessment is complete and before the final report is released.
Private medical insurance
We work with several insurers, including Aviva, AXA, Bupa and Vitality. Please confirm your individual cover before booking.
Pay-later providers
Klarna or PayPal Pay Later may be available, subject to the provider’s eligibility checks and approval.
Reduced-fee assessments
Subject to eligibility and availability, reductions of up to 20% may be available for autism, ADHD and speech and language assessments.
