About Donna
Donna is a mental health practitioner and qualified teacher with over 13 years of experience working with neurodivergent young people and their families. She has worked in schools, online platforms and both mainstream and specialist NHS clinics. Donna has developed her practice to be inclusive, making reasonable adaptations as required to ensure the support provided is suitable for each individual. She has experience facilitating assessments and delivering support to help young people work towards their wellbeing goals. Donna takes a collaborative approach with the young people she supports to gain a shared understanding of their current differences and identify functional skills.
What Donna can offer
She delivers psychoeducation about autism and anxiety to help young people and their families gain a better understanding of why they may feel, think and behave in the way that they do.
Donna is also trained in using the ADOS and 3di to assess for autism in children and young people, in addition to being trained to deliver QB tests as part of ADHD assessment.
