What we offer

1. Workplace Needs Assessment

A Workplace Needs Assessment is a personalised review of an individual’s work environment, tasks, strengths and challenges. The goal is to identify what adjustments or support will help them perform at their best. These assessments:

  • Gather detailed information about the job role, work environment and individual needs

  • Highlight barriers that may affect performance, wellbeing or productivity

  • Provide clear, practical recommendations for workplace adjustments or support strategies

  • Can be used to inform conversations with employers and support applications such as Access to Work Exceptional Individuals+1

Workplace needs assessments help create an inclusive and supportive work environment and can benefit both employees and employers. They are a key first step in unlocking meaningful workplace support.

2. Support with Access to Work

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides financial support for people with a disability, long-term health condition or neurodivergence, helping them to:

  • Get or stay in work

  • Pay for practical support related to work

  • Fund reasonable adjustments and specialist equipment

  • Access support workers such as job coaches or interpreters

  • Receive mental health or workplace support plans GOV.UK

We can help you:

  • Understand if you’re eligible

  • Identify what support you might qualify for

  • Prepare and complete your Access to Work application

  • Apply the Access to Work recommendations effectively in your workplace

Access to Work support is grants-based and does not affect other benefits. It is especially helpful when workplace needs go beyond standard employer adjustments.
