Post-Diagnostic Support

Psychoeducation for Children & Young People

Structured, neuro-affirming support helping children and young people understand their Autism, ADHD or wider neurodevelopmental profile, recognise their strengths and develop practical strategies for everyday life.

Understanding what a diagnosis means personally

A diagnosis can provide clarity, but children and young people often need support to understand what it means for them in everyday life.

Our six-session psychoeducation programme provides a supportive, strengths-based space to explore neurodivergent identity, communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, learning and self-advocacy.

Sessions are personalised according to age, developmental stage, communication profile and individual priorities.

Six areas of meaningful support

The programme follows Lycali’s structured framework, moving from understanding neurodivergence through to confidence, practical strategies and greater independence.
