Work with Lycali.
Help shape what comes next.

We welcome organisations, professionals and investors who share our ambition to make assessment, therapy and practical support more accessible, connected and useful.

From commissioned clinical services to new ways of supporting neurodivergent people, we are interested in partnerships that turn shared ideas into meaningful support.

Clinical understanding.
Practical thinking.

Lycali brings together neurodevelopmental assessment, therapy, coaching and needs-led support for children, young people and adults.

We look beyond a single appointment to consider what helps people in everyday life—and how services can work better together.

Ways to work together

Build around the need you want to meet.

A useful partnership starts with a clear understanding of the people involved, the gaps in support and the contribution each organisation can make.

Discuss a defined service requirement, specialist capacity or an agreed programme of support.

  • Autism, ADHD and combined assessment enquiries
  • Speech, language and communication assessment and therapy
  • Dyslexia and dyscalculia assessment
  • Psychological and psychosocial support

  • Provision for schools and other organisations

We can explore the required scope, workforce, delivery arrangements, reporting and review process.

Service Development & Joint Projects

Explore a shared challenge and develop a practical response together.

  • Accessible digital tools and learning content
  • Pilot projects and evaluation
  • Professional learning and shared expertise

We welcome proposals that build on existing strengths and identify what needs to be tested or developed.

What Lycali brings

A connected view of assessment and support.

People’s needs rarely sit within one service. Our approach brings together different professional perspectives and keeps everyday functioning in view.

Support Beyond Diagnosis

We consider what comes before and after assessment: understanding needs, developing strategies and identifying appropriate ongoing support.

Multidisciplinary Thinking

Our service brings together professionals across assessment, communication, psychological wellbeing and practical support, with input matched to the work required.

Governance and Clear Scope

Lycali is a CQC-registered provider. Clinical work is supported by governance, safeguarding and professional accountability, with responsibilities and service scope agreed at the outset.

Innovation & investment

Help develop the next chapter of Lycali.

We are developing ideas that connect clinician-led support, accessible resources and practical learning beyond appointments. We welcome partners who can help us develop these responsibly, evaluate their usefulness and explore sustainable delivery.

The L.Y.C.A.L.I Framework

Our framework provides six adaptable themes for exploring understanding, communication, daily life and independence.

It connects Discovery, our pathway before or without diagnosis, and Navigate, our post-diagnostic psychoeducation pathway.

Navigate is already used in our service. A companion app is in development to support resources and reflection alongside clinician-led sessions.

Opportunities for collaboration include accessible design, content development, digital delivery, evaluation and adaptations for different settings.

Strategic Partners & Investors

We welcome exploratory conversations with individuals and organisations interested in supporting the development of Lycali’s services and innovations.

  • Investment to support agreed development priorities
  • Technology and product development expertise
  • Clinical evaluation and research partnerships
  • Commercial planning and sustainable growth
  • Employer, healthcare and community networks
  • International collaboration and local adaptation
