LYCALI POST-DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT
Adult Navigate Pathway (18+)
Understanding your diagnosis. Discovering your strengths.
Developing strategies that work for you.
A personalised, clinician-led post-diagnostic
psychoeducation pathway for neurodivergent adults.
Welcome to the Adult Navigate Pathway
Receiving a neurodevelopmental diagnosis in adulthood
can bring relief, validation, uncertainty or a mixture
of emotions. You may be reflecting on earlier
experiences or wondering what support
might be available.
Lycali's Adult Navigate Pathway provides
a structured, neuro-affirming space to explore
these experiences and develop greater
self-understanding.
The programme combines psychoeducation,
personalised reflection, practical strategies
and collaborative goal setting.
Six Clinician-Led Sessions
Adult Navigate consists of six personalised sessions,
structured around Lycali's L.Y.C.A.L.I. Framework.
Each session explores a different theme,
while remaining flexible enough to focus
on your individual experiences, needs and goals.
You Are More Than Your Diagnosis
Navigate does not aim to change your personality
or make you conform to neurotypical expectations.
We focus on understanding individual differences,
recognising strengths and identifying helpful
support and adjustments.
Important: Before Your First Session
All required registration, consent and pre-session
questionnaires must be completed before your
first Navigate appointment.
Please review your welcome letter, terms and conditions
and invoice carefully. If mandatory documentation
is incomplete, your appointment may need to
be rearranged.

professionals, guided by your
preferences and consent.
Resources Between Sessions
Your clinician may provide reflection
exercises, worksheets, personalised
strategies or other resources
between appointments.
Lycali is developing a digital
companion app for Navigate.
Access will be explained when
it becomes available and appropriate.
Navigate remains clinician-led
and does not require use of an app.
9
Progress Review & Clinician Summary
Towards the end of the programme,
your clinician will review the goals
identified at the beginning of Navigate.
You may be asked to complete a follow-up
questionnaire to reflect on progress
and changes over time.

will be issued through WriteUpp.
Your Progress Review May Explore:
- Changes in understanding of your diagnosis.
- Progress towards personal goals.
- Changes in confidence and self-acceptance.

End-of-Programme Summary Report
Your clinician will prepare a summary
report outlining the framework themes
explored, goals discussed, progress made,
practical strategies and recommendations
for next steps.
The summary will be shared with you
in accordance with Lycali's agreed
service arrangements.
Understanding Your Summary
The report summarises the psychoeducation
programme and is not a repeat diagnostic
assessment or medication review.
