Sharafa Salami

Sharafa is an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) specialising in ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessments across children, young people, and adults. He currently works as an ADHD Specialist Nurse within a high-volume NHS, Private assessments and Right to Choose service, delivering comprehensive, NICE compliant assessments. 

His practice focuses on combining thorough clinical assessment with a calm, supportive approach that helps children and families feel heard and understood. He has a strong understanding of child development, ADHD presentations across life stages, and co-occurring conditions, and is confident in producing clear, strengths-based reports that guide meaningful outcomes. 

Alongside his specialist work, his background in acute and complex mental health settings strengthens his ability to assess risk, consider differential diagnoses, and work holistically.
