Zara White

Zara brings a wealth of administrative experience gained across a variety of private sector roles and holds a degree in Business Management. She is passionate about supporting children, adults and families navigating the assessment and therapy journey for neurodevelopmental conditions, offering a compassionate, understanding, and empathetic approach informed by both professional expertise and personal experience.  
 
As the mother of a son with Severe Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Zara has first-hand insight into the challenges, emotions, and uncertainties that many families experience. Having navigated the journey from diagnosis to accessing ongoing care and support, she has worked closely with a wide range of professionals and services, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behavioural Specialists, Psychiatrists, Local Authority teams and educational professionals.  
 
As an Administrator, Zara is committed to ensuring every individual and family receives a welcoming, supportive, and seamless experience from their first point of contact. She understands the importance of clear communication, compassion, and attention to detail, and takes pride in helping clients feel informed, reassured, and supported throughout their diagnostic and therapy journey.
