Initial Psychoeducation Session
The first session focuses on understanding your child's strengths, support needs, goals and priorities.

- Supporting self-awareness and confidence
Parents or carers will usually attend all or part of the first appointment to help ensure support is tailored to the child's needs and family circumstances.
Ongoing Psychoeducation Support Sessions
Future sessions are personalised to the child or young person and may focus on:
- Understanding autism, ADHD, dyslexia or other neurodivergent differences
- Emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Self-esteem and confidence building
- Friendships and relationships
- Managing school-related challenges
- Executive functioning skills
- Anxiety management strategies
- Communication and self-advocacy
- Developing independence
- Family understanding and support
